Chiesa delle Anime Sante del Purgatorio
Descrizione 
La Chiesa sorge su un complesso di grotte che anticamente erano dedicate al culto di San Trifone e ha origini molto antiche, risale infatti al XIII secolo. Venne ultimata nel Seicento e nell’ottocento fu ampliata e completamente ristrutturata. Sul portone principale si può osservare un teschio con ossa e spade a simboleggiare la morte e le pene che devono patire le anime del Purgatorio. La Chiesa si presenta con una sola navata ed è priva di decorazioni.

The Church stands on a complex of caves that were once dedicated to the cult of San Trifone and has very ancient origins, dating back to the thirteenth century. It was completed in the seventeenth century and in the nineteenth century it was enlarged and completely renovated. On the main door you can see a skull with bones and swords to symbolize the death and pains that the souls of Purgatory must suffer. The Church has a single nave and is devoid of decorations.
